Cancellation conditions: (according to AGBH)
• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 months before the date of arrival. You will receive the deposit minus a € 30,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due.
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due.
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged.
The apart TERRA ROSSA is quietly located amidst the wonderful Tyrolean mountains on the southern outskirts of Fiss in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region.
Our house has a large playground (approx. 500 m²) with a slide, swing and a small chicken farm.
