Cook (Tournant)

We are looking for a motivated cook (m/f/d) as a tournant for our 4 star hotel Das Naturjuwel in Fiss .

Become part of a motivated kitchen team and spoil our guests with creative dishes prepared from fresh, regional ingredients.

Your tasks...

• Use as a tournant in various positions (starters, main courses, desserts)
• Creative preparation of dishes with fresh and regional ingredients
• Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation / serving of high-quality dishes
• Creatively help design our menu
• Ensuring compliance with our high quality standards and hygiene regulations
• Support with ordering and storing goods

You...

• have completed training as a cook
• have several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy - an advantage/li>
• bring passion for the profession
• enjoy working in a team, are friendly and have a well-groomed appearance
• Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• speak German
